Just finished reading I Am Not A Bully. Hands down one of the best children’s novels I’ve ever read. The use of raw emotion to portray unique characters is brilliantly used. Paula ingeniously captured the ignorance behind bullying and just as well captured the pain, and lasting impact that it can have on people and further, children, who take people’s every word to heart. Wonderful novel and I’m recommending it to everyone I know. -Graysen S.

I cried, I laughed, I cried some more. What an awesome book. A great concept of Cat having an ability to be able to see within the heart and soul of others. The “we are only joking” view of Cat’s friends was well made but without being preachy. An easy read for students of many ages. I will be adding all 4 books in the series to my sub teaching resources. – Suzanne E.

My almost 9 year old loved this book! As a parent some parts broke my heart and made me tear up a bit, but my daughter appreciated those behind the scenes looks into the lives of the bullied. It opened up really heartfelt dialog between us about how she dealt with her own school bullies and the importance of kindness. We’re eagerly waiting for the second book after finishing this one this evening. – Heather

Awesome book!! This book is truly life transforming…and there is no age limit! A MUST read for kids and adults alike. Hearts of all ages will be softened and brought to a greater understanding and awareness of all of the many forms of bullying. – rhhhhhhk

I’m going to have my Montessori Elementary students read it this year. It illustrated so many of our Grace and Courtesy lessons perfectly. I loved the story – did not want to put it down until I had finished it!!! Highly recommend for all students.- Seussie

Struggling to read is a real issue for some kids and Paula brings this to light in this book. It is a must read for all kids as the struggle is real and getting through school can be very difficult for some. Keep writing Paula Range! – Sherry B.

This book does an awesome job making kids think about how their words and actions affect other people. The story was so exciting I hated to put it down. I would highly recommend this to anyone with kids or grandkids. – Karolyn B.

So far I’ve read three of the vision series books, they are so intriguing and hard to stop reading. My mom bought the first book of the series, I Am Not a Bully, in the summer for my sister to read, but, she was already reading a book series so my mom had me read it. I wasn’t sure if I would like it since I didn’t usually read my sisters books, but then I decided to give it a try. After the first chapter, I couldn’t put the book down, it was so interesting that I couldn’t wait a day to read the next chapter. I ended up reading the whole book in a week so I asked my mom for the second book of the series, I Am a Treasure Seeker. For my birthday I got two more of the books signed, I was so happy. I am now waiting for the fourth book to arrive from Amazon and it’s hard to be patient about it but when it does come in, that will be the only book I’ll be reading at school.

Loved the book! I didn’t put the book down once I started reading until I finished reading. Paula did a great job showing all children, especially teens, how their words & actions affect other people. I love how Paula encourages children to care about others & have a heart for love.
